Subject line: "Refund request" and your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
"7 days" means 7 calendar days from the date on your purchase receipt.
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record — they process all payments and all refunds. Once we approve your request, they handle the return to your original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your license key is deactivated when a refund is processed. If you change your mind and want to come back, you're welcome to purchase again.
